The Arts of Communication…
…begins as a course, and ends as a community.
Each time. Almost 40 times. Across universities. Across countries and continents.
Students share. Cautiously. Then less so. Slowly. Voluntarily. Gaining increasing inspiration and confidence.
Problem-Solution, Reframing, Core Value speeches.
Debates, Toast, Tributes & Eulogies.
Simulated media interviews and press conferences.
All with the rigor and structure of a graduate school course. At Tufts. Harvard, ISB, and other institutions.
Through iteration, speeches get crisper, deeper. Feedback from fellow students gets sharper, more honest.
Catalyzing thought and reflection. Slowly, and inevitably, magic starts to happen.
The “Faces of Community” event showcases quality speeches from the course, inspiring a broader audience.
Class ends. An alumni community develops, strengthened by the connections formed in the vulnerable yet safe space created.
The transformation has just begun….
